After moving to New Hampshire in 2004, he continued to rehab homes in the Seacoast area and ventured into new construction in Florida. The 2008 subprime mortgage crisis presented a unique opportunity for Gal to utilize his skills and knowledge, leading him to buy foreclosures and short sales, which he then meticulously rehabbed for resale or rental. Having worked in various facets of real estate, he earned his real estate license in 2019, quickly becoming a top agent at Alison James Estates and Homes. Now at Realty One Group RELIANT, Gal continues to provide exceptional service, drawing on his vast experience to assist buyers, sellers, and investors alike.
